Bodegas Reymar
Founded in 1995 by the siblings José Daniel, María del Rosario and Francisco A. Perdomo, Bodegas Reymar bottles wine from a small family operation in Mancha Blanca, in the Tinajo municipality on the lee side of the Timanfaya badlands.
The wines are released under the Los Perdomos label and draw on the family's older viticultural tradition rather than on any new-build estate. Output sits at roughly 32,000 bottles a year from Malvasía Volcánica, Moscatel de Alejandría, Listán Negro and Diego — varieties pulled from D.O. Lanzarote growers around the volcanic interior. The Blanco Malvasía Seco is the house's signature, alongside a semi-sweet Malvasía, a Diego Seco, a rosado and a young tinto from Listán Negro. More than 99% of production is sold on Lanzarote itself, with only a thin trickle reaching the other Canary Islands and the mainland. The bodega keeps a low public profile and has no working brand website; visits are not advertised and require a prior phone call.
