Bodegas Stratvs
Stratvs is a young bodega built around a very old building.
It began making wine in 2008 inside Barranco del Obispo, the ravine that runs along La Geria toward Timanfaya, and folded a traditional Canarian farmhouse from 1730 into the heart of the estate, now the gourmet shop. The vines are tended in zocos, the same hand-dug volcanic craters used across the region, but the cellar is contemporary: stainless-steel fermentation, careful temperature control, and a portfolio that runs from bone-dry Diego whites to sweet Moscatel. A separate Finca de Uga project at higher elevation supplies the estate's Syrah and the Tempranillo–Baboso Negro rosado, while a limited-edition Baboso Negro is made under the eye of consultant Raúl Pérez.
